If you need help, with any part of getting a message to the Firefly community, this is the form for you. Someone in the Communications Committee can: help find last communication regarding a subject and start a Google Sheet with updated info for review before publishing answer questions about creating a message or messaging campaign help with anything involving getting a message out via Announce List or adding an article to the Glowbe, and/or posting it the News/Blog section of the website You can just email us to ask for help, you don't need this form. But, this form is a good start and asks a lot of questions we might need to ask anyway. Once Communications receives the filled out form we will create a google sheet and share it with you and anyone that needs to see message to comment or approve before publication. Please give us at least 24 hours to respond. Who is making this Communications help request? (required) This can either be your personal name or the name of the Cluster, Core, Festival Lead, you're representing. (e.g. "Greeters Core" or "Art Cluster Co-leads") Email address for us to contact you (required) In case we have questions in order to get started. (required) When is the latest this message should go live or be emailed? (required) Where do you eventually want your message posted? NOTE: The Glowbe is the Firefly newsletter and goes out to the Announce Email List twice a month during the Spring and Summer. It goes out 4 times (or more) in June.
