Sound healing, high frequency sound bathing . I will have a full set of crystals singing bowls, 16 inch singing pyramid, and flower of life gong . All tuned to 432 hertz . Anyone may join . For sound bathing 1-2x per day . I aim to ease the souls of as many of us as possible in these uncertain times
I’ll start With gentle movement just to settle and then begin a 90 min or more depending on the vibes . Then finish with communal tea and a snack . Reflections and potential for a journaling sessions 🥹
